We are passionate about providing the absolute best customer service to our members. We're here from 9am to 5pm (EST), Monday to Friday. When you call, we answer on the first ring. When you email, we respond that day--usually within the hour.
Any of our plans can be cancelled at any time with no fees or penalties. Just call to let us know, return any outstanding CDs and you’re done. Even annual memberships can be cancelled. We’ll subtract what your months of service would have cost on a month-to-month basis, and refund the difference.
