It makes sense to me! I have been a Simply Audiobook member for two years, and for me this was the most important book I have listened to. It was tremendously valuable in helping me understand what it takes to obtain customers. THANK YOU STEVE SCHIFFMAN!!!

I listen to more audio books than the average person. I belong to this group and order audio books from the library. I listen to audio books 6 hours a day. I enjoyed this audio book. It was informative and easy to listen to. It is always interesting to listen to other sales people in the field. And alot cheaper and more time effective than a seminar. Would highly recommend this audio book.

ABSOLUTELY A MUST FOR SEASONED SALES PEOPLE. A MUST READ. THIS IS NOT A BEGINEER'S GUIDE, BUT A MANUAL FOR FINE-TUNING AND RECHARGING SALESPEOPLE WITH SOME EXPERIENCE. SEVERAL OF HIS "NUGGETS" ARE INDISPENSIBLE...AND NOT SOMETHING YOU HAVE PROBABLY HEARD BEFORE. HE IS INTENSE, FRESH AND INVIGORATING.

Not so secret, but some good training

Okay, so anyone in sales will know most of the information here, and if there were any secrets, I must have a better grapevine than I thought. That said, I recommend this tape for two groups of people: new to sales, who will find some moderately advanced training very useful; and experienced managers, for whom this is a great guide on how to put together an effective training for your staff. For the latter group, I'll say, again, there's not a lot of substance here that's new, but the strategic layout of the presentation lends itself well to a full-day training seminar, or blocked into smaller units.

Good guide for salespeople

If this book was three discs it would be worth 5 stars. However, the 25 secrets should have ended at about 15. It is definately worth renting, but don't feel obligated to hear it all the way through.

Very basic stuff for those new to marketing. He spent far too much time on each step...too wordy. I found the material boring and without inspiration.
