I recently listened to the abridged version of this book. After the first few chapters and I got really bored. There wasn't enough content to capture my attention. I was not impressed. It may be helpful to others, but I lost interest and felt disappointed after completing the listen.

I would have liked it better without the visualization exercises. Still, all in all not bad, educational and pleasant to listen to. Definitely worth a listen!

The book wasn't what I expected. I'm not into mind tapes to listen to to improve my attitude or confidence in my self.

This was a good review/reminder of certain principles of self-confidence, but there are other books that cover them better and more thoroughly. Not worth it unless you just want a quick refresher.
