In all honesty I found this recording hard to listen to and stopped in the middle of the second CD. I found the speaker very monotone, and the information somewhat elementary. It was not taking me to a place that was challenging or exciting.

very soldi advice

This is a great book for ANYONE who wants to hone their "people skills". We all have relationships with other people and this book can help to improve them. Whether its a personal or a business setting, its valid. Well worth the time.

Awful

Poorly organized, monotonely read, just plain bad. 7 habits is much much better use of your time.

This was an incredible audio book. Just remember to order the first and second at the same time. Drove my mail lady nuts waiting for the second cd. Learned alot from this cd. It covers alot more than I originally thought. Have told other ladies on my sales team about it and am thinking about making it part of our sales training program.
