Focus is on high quality food that will help build muscle. Also, includes PDF with some recipes and a complete exercise program for at home or the gym. Information is useful for both men and women. Discusses many evil foods and many "power foods." Excellent source of up to date food and nutrition information.

This is the best diet book. The guy is genius. He talkes about all the diets out there and gives you benifits and ...It's a book about all the studies about health. I like it a lot. It gives you lots of knowlege about loosing wait, having the pick energy at all times and keeping it permenent.
