This is the second in a series of books from Tom Hopkins. He has a great delivery and with fun stories to help you learn how to survive in the sales enviroment.

Easy to listen to and Enjoyable. It was really really short, though. I turned this one around in the same day.

"Tom Hopkins was born in 1944 in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. In 1970 he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, and his Master of Fine Arts in 1987 from Concordia University in Montreal.

Hopkins has exhibited at various galleries in Canada and the United States including the McMichael Canadian Collection of Art in Kleinburg, Ontario, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and the Mus‚e du Qu‚bec. His work is found in various public and corporate collections across Canada.

Tom Hopkins currently lives and works in Montreal, Quebec.
