This is oldy but a still a valid book on process improvement.
This author is annoyingly thrilled with himself and his groundbreaking new business theory. I did not bother to finish listening to all of it.
I don't think it should take two weeks of driving 3+ hours per day to get through a 5-CD set of talking, but this guy yapped it up with advice from an individual who has never set a "real" foot in business outside of MIT. yada, yada, yada
I felt like the author was just rehashing advice from his previous book, reengineering the corporation. And his voice is annoying and style condescending.
