Incredible Stuff! Yes, it flies in the face of most of the popular - and dangerous - diets, such as Atkins, the food pyramid, American Heart Association, Weight Watchers, and the like, but it is solidly researched and backed-up info, that everybody needs to know, who wants to extend their healthy years, avoid major illness, heal their bodies, and even their emotions. As an author and researcher, dealing with health and things medical on a daily basis, I found the information contained in this book extremely valuable, as no other book has ever explained the mechanics of inflammation, and the damage it can do, as well as this one. Only drawback - It takes the author well over an hour to get to the meat of the matter, and the book would easily fit on 2, rather than 3 CDs. But I still give it 5 stars for the wealth of deep information. This book could help you save your life! Thanks!

A non stop advertisement for his diet. Very little useful information in the entire book except for continuous justification for the "battle" to stop silent inflamation. By the time you're finished with the book you won't be able to stand the phrase "silent inflamation".
