Overview

Marci A. Hamilton is Professor of Law and Director of the Intellectual Property Law Program at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where she specializes in constitutional law, the First Amendment, and copyright law. During 1997-98 she is a Visiting Scholar at the Princeton Theological Seminary and a Fellow at the Center of Theological Inquiry.
