I bought this to advance my already good knowledge of money management, and was more than impressed.
Don't let the title deceive you, this book is about a lot more than becoming 'wealthy.' Its about finding the career you want, getting the job, excelling in life and career, improving yourself, and more. I found it to be beyond motivating, as Masterson shares examples and touches on the simple aspects of success that anyone can relate to and use. For me, this took my specific ideas in my head and attached to them ways to realize them - and I am. I now have a 2 year plan in progress, and I only bought this CD book 2 weeks ago.
Also, I've listened to this twice already, and now my parents are giving a listen, and love it. I plan to share this with all of my colleagues and friends. This honestly would make a great graduation gift, especially since he emphasizes that it only takes a little to have a lot later in life.
