Are you kidding me?

OK first let me say I'm a Jack Canfield fan. I have his success book and it's on it's way to me now in audio form. This is the very reason I ordered "Awaken Your Heart at Work,". It's two CD's in total, the first one is Jack on it and the second is just music. Here's the summary version for you, as I know you're busy. You remember those 'Stewart Smally' skits on Saturday Night Live 10+ years ago? The 'I'm good enough, I'm smart enough and gosh darn it people like me?' The character Al Franken played. This CD is basically that. Gems from the audio CD include: - 'Now let love flow into your heart...' - 'Relax, yawn if you'd like to....' All delivered in a smarmy, oddly new-age manner. Basically this CD is 60 minutes of how to relax and be calm. That's it. There's nothing to awaken here, other than occasional laughter. I was actually laughing in my car saying…’Are you kidding me!?’ One word, four syllables: Ridiculous
