I liked the book. I don't get to listen to Dr. Laura in our area, so her information was very new to me. Her reading style is slightly annoying and very fast, but well worth listening to a few times to get the message. My favorite part of her book is that she talks about how "not be a victim" and how to be in control of your behavior... no matter how bad your childhood may have been. To grow up and move on does not diminish your past experiences, it just allows you to become better for others in spite of your past. And that is a very important lesson for us all.

There just didn't seem to have any meat to the message. Felt like she kept repeating herself, just saying it in a different manner.
