Overview

"Trying to apply project management in a “paint by numbers” fashion does not work. With all the rules and guidelines of project management, one still cannot anticipate project success if only everything were done according to the rule book. Sometimes, the most successful project is a result of knowing when project management rules should be followed, and when they should be broken.

This recording will explore some of the more common project management rules and guidelines, and it will discuss what conditions might warrant a variation from these rules. Specific topics covered include:

  • Activity durations
  • Work breakdown structures
  • Communications
  • Stakeholders

Not worth the time. This is some sort of seminar that is recorded and if you know project Management or even if you are just starting off, it does tell you anything new. A total waste of time. You can get better podcast on the web.
