I always thought I was missing something, as I had never read any of the "cat" books. I wasn't. It was very frustrating. The murders in the book were just incidental to a lot of unrelated material, and were only mentioned in the beginning and at the end. Great Disappointment!

Another entertaining outing by Lillian Jackson Braun. The reader, as usual, is excellent.

I always enjoy these books and this was no exception. It was easy listening and good for that ride to and from the job but, it was not one of the better ones that I have listened to. It seemed as if there were gaps - as if not all the answers were found ... I still had questions at the end. Bottom line though, it is a laid back, easy to listen to, mystery that involves those two felines who will become a part of your life!

Great Listen

If you love cats, enjoy light hearted mysteries and a soothing voice, this is the book for you. I have the majority of the books written by Lillian Jackson Braun and all of them are a delight. Listening to them during long car rides is an additional pleasure.
