was a good book, especially since I live the pacific northwest. Good listen
I am trying to keep my feelings about the case seperate from my feelings about the book. I am amazed by Dave Reichert's determination to catch a monster. Not impressed by the quality of the interviews with Bundy or Ridgeway, but that was the only thing that detracted from this reading. I went to school with Gary Ridgweway's son, and was saddened to hear how his father used him. I hope the book brought closure to David Reichert, and I thank him for his perspective on this nightmare.
This "book" weirded me out. I have to admit I had no idea who the killer was and maybe that's why I enjoyed the book. I usually don't go for this genre but I thought it would be a nice change. I was rivited. The only negative comment is the audio recordings of his interviews were a little hard to understand while driving.
