I do consider myself a Lewis fan, and am even warming up to his reading style, but even still this one is just good. If you had only the time of a long work out and wanted something to make you nostalgic, this is it. Good read!
Coach is a parable about a Coach and coaching. However, in order to have some insight in to the pearls to be gathered you need to know something about coaching as it is currently being described. For me it lacked some key points afterwards to help focus what the author was trying to say. I realize that a parable is sufficient in and of itself, but sometimes a few comments might help. Nevertheless, it is an engaging story/parable.
"Michael Lewis is the author of several books, including the international bestseller Liar's Poker. He is a contributing editor of The New York Times Magazine, a columnist for Bloomberg News, and a fellow at the University of California-Berkeley. He lives in Berkeley with his wife, Tabitha Soren, and their newborn daughter."
