I loved this audio book. It was inspiring. I listened to it several times. It not only covers assertiveness in what you say but it covers taking the time to take care of yourself. After listening to this audio book I started working out again and feal better about myself than I have in a really long time. I run my own business and highly recommend this audio book to any woman to deals with the public.
