This book is excellent. I got it right before a big promotion and it addressed concerns I didn't even know I was thinking about! The book helped me think through my concerns and be prepared. I particularly enjoyed the disc about using your feelings as counsel. At other time in my life or career I might have been annoyed with the "touchy feely" aspect of this book. But as it was, it was exactly what I needed and I listened to some parts twice. Timing is everything!

I was very disappointed in this 12 CD audiobook. I have listened to many audiobooks on the topics of business and personal development. This is the first time I felt I was wasting my time even listening to it. The description of this audiobook does not match the content.

This is an excellent series. There are several actionable strategies included. It is a little more real world in the problems it presents than many of its genre. I always want more specific actions than I usually get in this kind of material but I am debating buying this set because it is well done. Worth a listen.
