I disagree, but...

The lecture itself was well done, but I disagree with many of the points made by the author, so I found myself arguing with him (in my head) instead of just listening and thinking. I suppose that made it fairly engaging, but it was still annoying. The constant references to religion and spirituality made me question his point of view, even though his view of religion was balanced in criticism of western religions as well as unwavering in totatily. I just don't think "the meaning of life" should enter into an ethical discussion that should be compared to past modifications of people's bodies.
