This was a very disapointing lecture. I am currently teaching set design, and was hoping for some inspiration in how to approach the design process. Instead, this was a diatribe about politics and the pitfalls of being a university professor. The lecturer was bemoaning the fact that he doesn't have time to teach, and then he squandered this wonderful opportunity.

I found this lecture to be rather un-educative and lacking direction. The speaker barely touched on the topic at hand and spent most of his time reminiscing and discussing current politics. Just my two cents.
