Good Information, Expensive Program to Follow

Excellent scientific information on the latest research, and very good layout of what to eat and not eat, along with what supplements to take, However.....to follow this plan, plan on doubling your grocery bill, shopping at those expensive "all natural" stores exclusively and spending hundreds of dollars a month on supplements. I purchased only 5 of the over 15 recommended supplements, and spent over 80 dollars on them, if I take then in his prescribed manner, its a little over one months supply....yikes...the scientific information was very good though, and I am going to take his principles and apply them the best I can on MY budget.....
