A good investment of your time

This book has set me straight on so many diet and health myths, including low-fat diets. If you want fact and not media and industry hype, this book is for you. The first few tracks were a little slow so skip over those if you are tempted to stop listening. I have ordered the book to have on hand. I have started eating better and I enjoy my class of wine with dinner--without guilt!
