I listened to the book 3 times already and I am trying to implement some of the Dr.'s suggestions into my everyday life. I can't follow all of them but the program gave me some good ideas of what to shoot for. The book is presented by Dr. Weil himself, he has a good reading style, and you can't help but want to jump up and start doing things. :)
