Failing Foreward by John C. Maxwell is, but another, of his well written books on leadership and personal development. His numerous examples of well known scientists, political leaders, pastors, and businessmen who have experienced numerous failures before becoming successful help to illustrate that everyone will experience failure but the difference is how we respond to it.
