An easy listen that will be enjoyed by anyone who loves the characters, history, and architecture of New Orleans. Although it was written before Katrina, it contains a prophetic passage about the likely "future" flooding of the city. And it evokes the atmosphere of the city that will be familiar to visitors, while sprinkling in enough character studies to satisfy those who know (and love) more about the city than just the tourist highlights.
