Problems with volume

I enjoyed this recording, particularly because the narrator's rhythm and enunciation seemed to really entertain my 18 month old son during our commute to day care. However, the volume on the CD itself was a real problem. I had to turn my car stereo up as loud as it could go to have the stories audible at all. A better recording quality would have made a great difference in the "reading" experience!

Only for Children (really)

I haven't heard Grimm's Fairy Tales in a long time. As an adult I found them disappointing. I'm sure children would love them. If you're reviewing the Classics as an adult- skip it. The recording was good, the reader was good. The content was definitely not engaging.
