I thought this was a great book and really quick to listen to. The book has a lot of positive action items that I can use both at work and at home. I enjoyed it!
this was a very uplifting book! I would recommend this book for employees, employers, & families! very insightful!
I enjoyed listening to this book. It provided me with insight into how our actions affect others around us. By continually filling other people’s buckets with positive reinforcement, we in turn add to our bucket.
Good book, not great or earth shattering but picked up a few little nuggets. One issue it addresses is the implementation of the "employee of the month" when eventually everyone gets to be "employee of the month" and how empty gestures like that are really bad for moral. I think it's a good read and might be something you want to slip to your boss.
Good book to pump up your positive energy and those around you. Suggestions are mostly common sense things, nothing earthshattering or monumental. Quick listen!
I didn't find this book of value. Everything could have been said in 10 minutes.
