This is a fun book. I had to get used to the narrator's voice for a second, but I started liking the book more and more as I listened to it. Completely unrealistic premise, but just go with it. Very fun - good characters, good story. I'm going to look for more books by this author.
Great read! This was such a creative premise and such fun! Cathy grew on me and became so likable by the end of the book that sometimes I miss her! Funny, sad, confusing and enjoyable. Ms. Neale, write another and bring Cathy and Hank back!
Overly wordy. The narrator needed to take a breath once in awhile. References that might have been creative or amusing were often lost because she was reading too fast and trying too hard to achieve sarcastic wit. I was annoyed by the storyline and the main character's inability to adjust herself even after days/weeks of being stuck in the past. At some point, you were learn not to reference Oprah episodes and use current phrases like "on the down low." Not worth the time it took to get mailed to me.
Story was entertaining, but the title is misleading. There is no connection between the two. It makes one wonder where the title came from.
This book was fun to listen to and didn't repeat itself over and over like most romance novels. I loved the time travel- it was funny and clever.
