I still haven't gotten through this book - I'm finding it very difficult to listen to - and usually I enjoy Caroline Myss.

This book had a few points that were good but for the most part it was two women talking, talking, talking. At times they appeared to be arguing. I could probably get the same content if I sat in salon and listened to two older women reflect on their lives. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Myss holds degrees in journalism, theology, and intuition and energy medicine. She has collaborated extensively with Dr. Norman Shealy, an M.D. schooled at Harvard. She tours internationally as a speaker on spirituality. She lives in Chicago.
