This is not much more than someone tooting his own horn about accomplishments in the navy. Not that he shouldn't be proud, if in fact many of his claims are true. However, if you're looking for much in the way of applicable business leadership in the corporate world, don't look here. If you are looking for a description of how great he thinks he and his ship were while he was in command, then by all means spend your time listening to his "tooting."
