Overview

Here are revolutionary leadership traits drawn straight from the life of the greatest leader ever, transforming how leadership is viewed and how leaders should be developed.

Lead Like Jesus highlights that Jesus is the greatest leadership role model of all time, that He mandated His followers to be servant-leaders, and also that there is no “Plan B” with Jesus. It elevates the growth and development of people in an organization from a means goal to an end goal that is of equal importance to the product and service mission of the organization.

Great content

The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is due to sound quality. This was recorded at some sort of seminar and they did a pretty poor job on some of the recording of it, although its not anything that will be too distracting. The content was very good. I have listened to and read a ton of leadership material and this book touched on some points I have never heard before. Any Christian should see themselves as a leader, since leadership is influence and we all should be trying to influence our world. So, this book would be very useful for any Christian in my opinion. Its also easy to follow along with. They have about 5 or 6 people who speak, so you get to hear a lot of different perspectives.

this book is ok

This book is good and it has some good points in it, but it is not a book, it is a confrence where people take turns talking about the same subject, putting in their point of view. If listening to confrences, then this is the book for you. But if you prefer books that are well oganized and put together, then you might want to look elseware.

Lead Like Jesus

This is a conference that involves many speakers and lots of material. The speakers are generally very good and have lots of information on leading like Jesus. The focus in on Jesus as the model for leadership and some of the speakers gave content to this theme and some told about their experience trying to lead like Jesus. Overall, very worth while listening.

Lasting!

The best thing I could say about this program is that it is lasting! Unlike a leadership program that you may inplement today and change tomorrow, this is one that should never change from your philosophy of how we should lead in our personal and professional lives.

This was wonderful and refreshing to listen to. I think every one should listen to it, not only Leaders, 'It's for everyone"

Seemed like a sermon more than anything. I expected it to be like Jesus, CEO but it was a service. However, the format did not take away from the principles that the authors were trying to get across. Would Recommend

Would have been nice to know this was a seminar that had been taped and not a true book. Kinda Boring.
