I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The plot keeps you interested while not trying to pile too much on you at once. I was a little disappointed with the "hero" Edward, but the author more than made up for him with Draco. I still haven't decided to put him in the good guy or bad guy category. I can't wait to hear the sequel, Dragon's Son.

I like Margaret Weis' books. Her dragons differ from Anne McCaffrey's dragons. The difference is interesting. The interaction between the main characters is suspenseful. Some of the action might be guessed by some people but listening to hear if your suspension are correct is part of the enjoyment. These five discs left me wating anxiously for the next set of discs in this title.

An intersting book, Slow at times but good to listen to in the car. I enjoyed. If you like any of the Pern seris you'll enjoy this as a twist on the dragon theme. The base Line doesn't show untill a couple of chapters in and there are twists and turns that will catch you off gaurd. I'm looking forward to finishing it.

Not as good as the Weis/Hickman team books like the original Dragonlance Series and War of the Twins series but worth a listen. A bit slow at the beginning but picked up interest and pace as the tale moved on. I will rent the next book when it becomes available to see what happens next.
