Looked forward to it, and it was interesting, but it was so repetitive that I soon started skipping tracks, and finally just stopped. I knew the outcome, but I guess I was looking for a book like Anne Rule writes. Even when you know how her books turn out, they are real page turners. This book was a list of facts and actions.
This was a very detailed account of the Joran Van Der Sloot cases. It includes way more information than provided by the local news media. The book shows that Joran was a sociopath and that his family was aware that he had problems and simply covered it up and protected him. Also, the media bankrolled Joran allowing him the funds he needed to travel and to ultimately commit his 2nd murder. If you were fascinated by this case...this book is a MUST listen!!
