Better for you tha an apple a day

I always thought that achieving spirituality was for monks, priests and nuns. I love the way she reminds us that god cannot do for us what he cannot do thru us. It's true that only 5 minutes spent on prayer and meditaion in teh morning will change your entire day! Not becaue you get hit by the holy ghost, but you think about your day(i.e. the co-worker you don't like or bosses that drive you nuts) and you just somehow see another side to them and soon your relations ships are smoother and everything flows. Just try it.

I loved this book. If everyone listened to it and tried to follow just one or two of the Principles the world would be a much better place.
