Overview

Dolf DeRoos realized at a very young age that most of the rich made their wealth (or kept it) in real estate. With that knowledge, he went on to work hard and earn money without ever receiving a wage slip or a salary payment from an employer. What allowed him to do this? Real estate. DeRoos shows why investing in property is so astoundingly simple and lucrative. Topics include:

• Negotiating and submitting offers

• Increasing the value of your property

• Dealing with laws, rules, and regulations

• The five golden rules of property

In REAL ESTATE RICHES, DeRoos presents and insider's view of his approach, attitudes, techniques, and secrets in the real estate game.

Author spent more than 2/3 of book to explain why real estate investment is better than other investment such as stocks, bonds, etc.. Altough he makes good sense, it wasn't what I was looking for. I kind of expected this book to include some specific strategies and tactics and I'm disappointed. This book is recommended only if you are those who still hegitate to invest in real estate.
