A good book, but there were so many heartbreaking stories that prove that golf is the cruelest sport ever.

Pretty dry stuff

You have to be a serious golf fan to make it through this book. Part of the problem is that it's read by the author and John Feinstein just isn't much fun to listen to. If you're a fan of the sport you'll enjoy a lot of familiar names grinding it out in Q School. Some good stories, but largely forgettable stuff. This is probably the first book I've audioed that I was glad was abridged...much longer and I might not have stayed with it.
