Robert Frost (1874-1963) Robert Frost was one of the most highly esteemed American poets of the twentieth century. In addition to winning four Pultizer Prizes for poetry, he received forty-four honorary degrees and a host of government tributes, including a brithday greetings from the Senate, a congressional medal, an appointment as honorary consultant to the Library of Congress, and an invitation from JFK to recite a poem at his presidential inauguration. Thrice, at the State Department's request, he traveled on goodwill mission's to Brazil, Britain and Greece.

-1 star for the recording quality...as noted above the audio quality was a bit scratchy but hearing Frosts work in his own voice is priceless.

Pretty poor audio quality but still nice to hear the tines, accents and inflections as the author intended.

I like Robert Frost poems but I could not stay awake during this recording and falling asleep in traffic is not a good thing. I don't recommend it at all.
