Surprisingly, I found this audiobook (as a man), very informative and helpful. Although I don't believe that women are the only ones who get "looked over," I felt that Amy's insight into the many business issues was right on target. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to move up and excel in their life.
This is a great book for a woman in her late 20's, early 30's who is looking to climb the corporate ladder. As a woman in her late 20's, Amy really spoke to me at my level, not as some pompous old male who knew everything. One aspect that I really appreciated was her brutal honesty about herself and the mistakes that she made in her career. After listening to her book, I now understand why she did so well on The Apprentice.
