It's OK, but...

If you just need a lesson in biz basics, or would like a high level review, this would be ok. I did think it was clever to include some forms and other software in the package to at least give people a place to start if they absolutely have no idea. However, I'd say buying the book, or one that has a bit more depth and reference, so you can easily refer to specific sections when you have questions, would be a better choice.

How to start a consulting business

To date, I have only listened to the first 3 CD's in the series. I guess I really know more than I thought. I have found that these first CD's are very basic, foundation principles in almost any startup business. Although they are essential to starting up a consulting business, I feel that taking up 2-3 CD's with the foundation information is a bit much...and the audiobook could have been more succinct. HOWEVER, I look forward to the rest of the book, since I think that it is moving in the right direction of being an invaluable resource.

Good Basic Information

Basics were useful. Last narrative disc was business history and while interesting, not a must listen to.
