We are looking for 4 dynamic, self starters to work in our distribution center in Buffalo. The job will mainly involve the pick, pack and shipping of our rental product as well as receiving returned audio books. The job will not be physically demanding, but we want people that will help to increase the productivity, and effectively help to control costs. Having the following would be an asset:

We have 6 people in Member Services now, and we're continuously looking for more great people. We use member services as a portal to other jobs in the company, and only hire people with that potential to be a star.
Duties will include what you'd expect in a contact centre: answering phones, replying to emails, debating with your fellow employees and getting coerced into Scrabble games. Our staff always have full authority to solve customer problems and we don't measure things like how long you're on the phone. Excellent computer skills (especially in Excel), strong communication skills, past experience in the customer service area and a fun personality would definitely be an asset.
