What is the Download Hub?

The Simply Audiobooks Download Hub is software that makes downloading your audio books easier. The Hub will download your audio books, notify you when they are done, and then store them all in one easy location. We have big plans for the Simply Audiobooks Download Hub - this is just the beginning.

What does BETA mean?

'Beta' means that this is still a work in progress. Since the product is not finished, you may come across a few bugs and bumps, but don't worry - it's normal to see a few funny things in a beta version.

Why are we releasing it if we're still working on it?

It's important for developers to release Beta versions so they can see how their application behaves on different computers and different operating systems. It wouldn't be realistic for us to test all possible combinations and scenarios in-house, which is why we provide an 'early' version to members. This emphasizes how important your feedback is to us - it helps us make a quality product.

Although we wish we were perfect, we do expect there will be some issues, but they shouldn't affect your ability to claim your book. But, if you do call us, we'll be happy to help. It's important to note that because this is a BETA version, Member Services will likely not be able to troubleshoot or fix issues with the Download Hub itself. So if you do run into a problem, report it right away so we can fix the error. On the other hand, if you have found something you really like, let us know that too. We can expand on the features you find most helpful.
