Billing FAQs

What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

If I don't have a credit card, are there any other forms of payment that you accept?

At this time, we are only set up to take credit card payments.

When am I billed?

Rental or download members who are on a monthly subscription should expect to be billed every month from the date of registration. Those who are on the annual subscription should expect to be billed every year from the date of registration.

Do I get charged tax?

Only customers who reside in Canada and the states of New York and Nevada must pay all applicable taxes.

What happens if my credit card expires in the middle of my billing period?

Please contact us and provide us with your new expiry date. If an invalid credit card number or expiry date is entered when your billing date arrives, you will receive a notification email alerting you to call us. You can update your credit card information online by going to My Account > you will see a subject heading that says Subscription Info with a sub heading that says > Credit Card Info [edit] > click on edit and continue for there.

How do I change my credit card number?

Please go to My Account > you will see a subject heading that says Subscription Info with a sub heading that says > Credit Card Info [edit] > click on edit and continue from there. If you cannot update your credit card information, please Contact Us.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. No restrictions. You can always cancel, even if you're on a prepaid plan – we'll treat you as if you had a month-to-month subscription and refund the difference. To cancel your subscription, please call our Member Services department
at 1-877-554-4332 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday.
