Purchasing FAQs
How long will it take for me to receive my book(s)?
If you purchased physical audio books and chose priority mail, shipping takes roughly 2-6 business days. If you chose media mail, shipping takes roughly 10-14 business days. If you purchased a download, it can be accessed immediately by logging in to your account and clicking on "My Books".
Can I purchase CDs from you if I live outside of the U.S.?
Currently we are only able to offer physical audio book purchases in the United States.

Do you offer school or library orders?
Yes! If you are requesting an order for a school, please fax your approved purchase order to "Attn: School Purchasing" at (905) 847-9310. Please include your name, phone number and email address to contact you for confirmation.
What is your return policy?
If your purchase arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged order to arrange for a replacement.
We offer a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping, on all unopened audio book purchases within 30 days of shipment. There are no exchanges on gifts of audio books.
Refunds will not be issued for drm .wma downloads where the license has been claimed, or for drm-free titles once the download process has been started. If you are experiencing any trouble, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
