If you purchased physical audio books and chose priority mail, shipping takes roughly 2-6 business days. If you chose media mail, shipping takes roughly 10-14 business days.

If your purchase arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged order to arrange for a replacement.

We offer a full refund, less a 30% restocking fee and shipping, on all unopened audio book purchases within 30 days of shipment.
