Colonel Roosevelt
Written by 'Jean from Santa Cruz, CA'
This is part one of a two part story. This book covers the period from the end of his Presidency to the start of his trip to South America. It starts with his trip to Africa. I have been reading books about WWI and found the section about his trip to Europe as he concluded his Africa trip most interesting. He attend the funeral of King Edward 7 and spoke and visited with most heads of states of Europe. He warned them if they did not change they were heading into a war. The author shows the strong and weak points of TR. Overall the book was interesting and informative.
