I am an idependent Passion Consultant and studying human sexuality is one of my job descriptions. I enjoyed this cd. It didn't do much for my sexual exprerience but it was wonderful for relaxation. Do not listen to this cd while driving. It is very relaxing. It covers the chakras and how to clear them. If you are studying from a stomach ache or head ache from stress the breathing practices do help.

These exercises and techniques seem more for those who would have trouble enjoying lovemaking or reaching climax moreso than for couples looking for "deeper" intimacy. Intimacy is more of an emotion and this is strictly tecnique and excercise. Your body naturally does this stuff during sex and this points out how to "hone" in on those natural inclinations. Just O.K.

The start of this book (setting up the why's, who's, and when's) seemed slow to me. Not really bad, just slow. I'm not sure what I was looking for, but I didn't find it here. I think the book might have much more interest to those people who have more knowledge of Tantric methods or who are looking to learn more about Tantric methods.

This was a good audiobook. Although, don't listen to it in the car as I did the first time, you might pass out from the breathing exercises!
