One of the better sales books I've read/listened to. It's focus on credibility, productivity, and adding value to your customers lives/businesses is in line with my own approach to business. I highly recommend.

I am a 18-year sales veteran. Yes, some of Duncan's 10 mistakes are "common sense," but how often do you honestly take the time to review your day-to-day activities and apply his ideas? Do you have a Sales Mentor or Sales Manager that gets you to really think about sales? This is definitely worth the 4-hour listen. In fact, I intend to listen again.
