I am a member of one of the fitness clubs founded by the author. I listened to this book just as I was starting to get back into a fitness routine after having 2 babies just 13 months apart. Life was/is busy but I realized that I can't be too busy to take care of myself. This book helped remind me that exercising for just 30 minutes a few times a week is good enough. It is far better than putting myself last and not exercising at all!!! Living the Good Life is full of sound, common sense advice on how to be a healthier person by making room for fitness in your life. The music between chapters seemed a bit too loud though.
