I really enjoyed this novel. The steps are very simple and I plan to implement them as soon as I am over this flu bug.

Excellent listening, very informative. I listened to it several times and got more and more information each time I listened. There were some things that I was already doing that they had as "homework" but I added them to the other "homework" ideas. I would recommend this to anyone that would like to get a handle on their busy life and take some much needed time for themselves.

What a great refresher course. The 10 steps truly are simple yet we get so caught up in our everyday lives it takes a book like this one to remind us how simple it really is. The readers are easy to listen to and they tell us not only what each simple step is but why, where and how to implement them. I can't wait to see everything start to come together.
