hard to listen to

Ive listened to a couple of her books. I appreciate that Suzanne Somers brings to light a few concepts or ideas about health and nutrition. I also appreciate that she frequently says, check with your doctor and make sure its the right kind of doctor. I dont agree with everything that she says, but listening to this book did cause me to stop and think and even look up, or ask about, some of these concepts. Thats impressive. I must say, "ma'am, please stop and take a breath". With all the good information pouring out, it is hard to listen to Suzanne rattle off this informtion, it tends to be monotone with volume and speed changes. With some of the "for older folks" information i tended to drift off and pay attention for the audio's tonality. Nerd - I know.

I thought she was a ding bat but was I WRONG!! If you listen for the concepts of what she is saying she has done her homework. I couldn't do her program 100%. Worth listening to.
