A must read for any baseball fan. Provides a behind the scene view of the 1951 pennant race and Bobby Thompson's famous home run.
I had heard the call of Bobby Thompson's homerun so many times I could recite it. I never knew the story, and even if I had heard it, this is the real deal. The scandal, the humanity. Letting the goat be the hero, or telling how life let him be. It is just a can't miss read! Narration is a little monotone, but not horrible. WELL done
